Fruity Sangria

Last weekend was my dad's birthday. I invited family over to celebrate at my place. Below is some fruity passion fruit sangria I made for dinner. It turned out delicious!

Passion Fruit Sangria Recipe
  • 1 bottle dry white wine
  • 1/2 liter seltzer
  • 3/4 cup simple syrup (equal parts of sugar and water, heat until sugar dissolves and cool)
  • 3 cups passion fruit juice
  • 2 medium oranges, sliced into thin rounds
  • 2 green apples, cored and sliced thin
  • 1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds
Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher. Refrigerate covered, 3 hours or up to 2 days. Serve over ice and enjoy.
